Local H has shifted focus to profit and lost sight of connecting with their fans. The major problem was that almost every ticket in the arena was priced at $150.00, but it turned out to be a birthday gift for my sister. Aligned with the side of the stage, my tickets were in Section 310. Despite having no concerns when seeing other performers in this area before, the acoustics were terrible during this show. We couldn't make out any of the lyrics.
After voicing our dissatisfaction, they relocated us to the opposite end of the stage, which consumed about 45 minutes. I have never paid $150.00 per ticket regular price for any performer (Bob Segar, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, Eagles). A box office attendant mentioned that Local H wasn't accountable for sound quality. Excuse me, but that is precisely who should be held responsible.
